Frequently Asked Questions About Our Venue
What is your capacity?
We offer tables and chairs for 125 guests. This is about the maximum amount that will fit inside the building at tables and chairs. However, because we have giant barn doors that can open and leads right to our outdoor space there are a few things we can do to accommodate additional guests.
How many parking spaces do you have?
There are 50 parking spaces. On the day of an event there will be 2 parking attendants that will tell your guests exactly where to park to keep it running efficiently. This will accommodate about 150 guests, if you are going above that number we can talk about shuttling options.
What kind of events can I use the venue for?
Weddings, Corporate Events, Reunions, and all types of Parties and Celebrations.
What is your vendor policy?
We have an open vendor policy, which means you have the freedom to choose who you would like. We do have a great list of trusted vendors to help you in your search. Bartenders do need to be approved before hand though.
How far in advance should we book the venue?
The sooner the better! We typically are booking about a year in advance so if you are set on a specific date you will want to get that locked in, especially If you are during prime wedding season. This does not mean you are too late if you missed that year window though, we usually have a few dates open up until a few months before.
What does “Day of Assistant” mean?
With your rental you will get a day of assistant. This is different than a wedding coordinator but still super beneficial. We are here to set up all of your tables, chairs, linens, take care of transitions, help with the ceremony, help with any problems that arise, ease your mind, and make sure everything on our end is functioning properly. We want your day to run as smooth as possible.
Are we limited to where our ceremony can be?
We love freedom! We have a lot of options both indoor and outdoor and are happy to try and making anything you dream up a possibility.
What is not allowed?
We do not allow confetti or glitter. Because this is an outdoor venue it is nearly impossible to clean up for the next wedding if these are used. We do however allow dried flower confetti, sparklers, and things like this. Candles are allowed but the flame and wax need to be contained so that we do not cause damage or a fire.
Do you allow alcohol?
This is a big question for weddings. We do allow alcohol but you must have a licensed bartender serve it. No drinking from personal flasks or cars will be allowed. We do have a few rules that we have in place in order to keep the business and grounds protected and looking their best. We only allow a 4 hour drinking window and rapid consumption is not allowed.
Do you have décor?
We have 3 different backdrops for you to choose from, and a closet full of lanterns, vases, candles, etc. that you are welcome to use with your rental.
Do you have any sleeping accommodations?
We have 1 onsite Airbnb that has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Because we typically have 2-3 weddings a weekend this is booked as a first come first serve basis through Airbnb.
